E CLASS CONVERTABLE + B CLASS,
Ok does anyone know what type of turbo will be on the w169 2ltr diesel engined A class 2007. I have read some cars have what they are known as "variable Vain" which are known on other cars makes to clog up. I,m thinking this being largish engine in small body it should out perform my 2.2 diesel in the mitsubishi 7 seat 4 wheel drive weighing in at over 2 ton but its slow in fact my Citroen C2 with 1.4 hdi engine having 135000 mile has more getup and go.

Ok just an update Today i found the lack of go on the a180 quite simple in the end but only by chance that i found it. After giving it a dose of Forta fuel additive direct into filter (not tank) I then proceded to give it some rev's to blast the crap out, anyway i thought this seems odd that the first part of peddle travel is easy but the it took quite alot of foot pressure to get it further down (further down still even more pressure required), last time i came across something like this was the old cable system but as these are electronic cannot be that, what I found while on my knees with torch that the plastic cover under dash was restricting travel and the increase in pressure was in fact the peddle mechanism bending the plastic cover, off with the cover I then found it was not located correctly down at peddle correcting this there is no restriction and what a difference to the power.
