Another combo - just two modest, unassuming old blokes busking at a folk festival. Seemed to go down well - maybe they should consider a career in the music biz.......

An Englishman showing the cousins how to do it.

Pick the bones out of this one. If this doesn'r set your foot tapping, nothing will.

Father & Son by Cat Stevens. Only us oldies will remember him, but will educate you young lads:banana:o_O
I was watching a film a few days ago & heard a few bars of this tune in the background. I know that song I thought but as there were only a few bars, I could not remember the name or artist. As you all know, things like that bother the life out of you. Fast forward a couple of days & the name of the song popped into my head, but still could not remember the artist. You tube is your friend & up it popped. Couple of day's ago when I was giving the Merc the last drive of the year, I was scrolling through my playlist & there it was:) Worth listening to the lyrics If you have never heard of him & he has done a lot of other good stuff

My muso pal in L.A. was playing a gig on board the Queen Mary in Long Beach harbour a few years ago. He spotted a sign saying that in another room on the ship, Billy Preston was playing a gospel concert. Needless to say the break lasted a lot longer than it should have! Here's why......

A YOUNG TIM O'BRIEN

Lovely song - never heard that one before, so thanks Graeme. Refreshing to see a "country" singer who can perform without the obigatory stetson. Also good to see him using my favourite "go to" hand-held vocal condenser microphone - the hidden gem that is the AKG 535EB. Here's another clip of a much missed (hatless) singer/songwriter - where every vocal mic is a 535EB. See how many you can spot - and who's using one!

I'll get my anorak..........
