If its undamaged & not too rust spotty, i'd have thought you should sell at £1500.

Nice car but I guess price would depend a lot on spec at this age, does it have leather or any extra's,maybe if you could elaborate on the spec a little you would get a more accurate opinion

Thats exactly the same as my inlaws have and unfortunately it's probably worth only around £1000 now

condition wise its bubbling on the front arches, a few scratches and a knock on the front bumper, full grey leather but the drivers side is damaged on the side. 17 inch wheels with tyres like new.

It has £2k scrappage value against a new one...

Well, in that case, as it was said before, something around 1500. It as well depends on where you are located. I've been doing a research already for a week, 'cos I want to buy w202 now, and the prices differ from 600 to 2000 pounds on the cars from 94 till 2000.

What specs you have inside? Air-con? electrical windows? seat heaters?
That as well increases the price.
maybe electrical mirrors?
I would say 1500 is an average price on your car.

no air con, or seat heaters but has electric windows mirrors and sunroof. if i put it for sale at £750 it should go for that easily then?

Thats too cheap but yes it will go for that definitely. You could list on eBay to start at £750 :)

if you really want it to go for 750, then do it, but you can easily get more for it. Put it on e-bay starting at 750 and buy-it-now at 1700. It will reach 1k at minimum.

I would buy it from you, if it was 200, but not 220 (too expensive insurance would be for me)

im only 24 and its about £450 a year for me. dont know what insurance group it is tho. i think il have to stick it on ebay then and see what happens

I am 22, and have n/a NCB, because all my other cars are registered abroad, and not on myself. So I'll have to pay a full insurance cost. for c180 or c200 it would be something around £600-900 or even more ;)
