Hello, as the title says, I know it's not easy to value a car in a forum - but ball park figure ? There aren't many about at the moment that I can compare her with 
W140 S320 Azurite Blue, tan leather. Wooden steering wheel. Electric, heated front seats. Parktronic.

I'm the 2nd owner. FMBSH up to 80,000 ish. It's now done 130,000 ish. My "MB trained" engineer has serviced and changed the oil almost yearly no stamps]. I've had her for 8 years and put 50,000 on the clock]
Small rust in the usual place in front of the front arches.
