The SL60 AMG was a V8, and the SL600 was a V12.

As BD mentioned above the SL60 was a V8. You might be thinking of an SL73 though as that was a V12 and pretty rare.

I am sure I read was a couple of SL70's as well or something like that in addition to the SL73.

Wasn't there an R129 SL63 or R129 SL65 or something as well?

G63 AMG 6x6 must be the winner

I've seen 3 different G63 6x6's, but only ever seen 1 x R63

I saw a thread where someone had done a full R-class facelift conversion with all the OEM parts listed and thought about doing it on the R63 which was newer made. Now that would be rare.

Still a big fan of the R63. By far the coolest MPV ever.

You say that like it is a bad thing Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that, despite the rarity of the model, it is a horrid looking car, IMO of course

C32 Coupe. Never available from the dealer but could be created by AMG at great cost. They made about 12 of them. Saw one outside Belmarsh prison, middle Eastern plates.

That's the one that I thought of - the "Zonda" engined SL73 that sold in London for about £200k (sic) last year
