I recognise it but I think I remember something similar from Saved By The Bell - if you watch it through, some of the graphics in the background look similar albeit not the exact colours. I think it was an album cover too but have no idea which one.

I'd have guessed Culture Club album artwork, I'm convinced that the Mrs brought it with her within her meagre record collection.

Online search doesn't show it up though.
