Whats under the Seats in a W208 Cab

Strange question but in my 208 cab under the rear seats there is some kind of blind thing that pulls out. Not sure what it does or how i can attach it anywhere.

Anybody any ideas?

definitely the wind deflector -- it attaches to the wind deflector when it's in place to stop the wind from coming under the wind deflector
