Give it time. Someone will convert them on to YouTube before long.
Someone uploaded all the first/early episodes of Top Gear not so long ago which were a great watch.

Is one i use a lot not sure if they have the episodes you ask for. It's pretty good no need to register an they normally have a lot of links to the same episodes so if one doesn't work or is slow try another, once you get used to it you'll love it.

I'm sure they're all available to download using torrents from the usual sites. If you're still having any problems finding them pm your email and I'll have a go at downloading them and send them over to you via a skydrive link or similar.
