can anyone advice on what wheel nuts i would need for my 17inch monoblocks...w124

Genuine Amg wheels? Your original alloy bolts will do the job just fine.

my original bolts are for the 8 pot alloys already on the car..are those ok.

As long as both sets of wheels are genuine and have the Mb number stamped into them, then yes.
