I’m not an expert but based on the photo, I’d say that’s likely to be an aftermarket colour.

I just wandered as i have seen a few mercs with the same colour

I think part numbers are:
Front 19" 7.5J AMG Multispoke A2054011300 7XD
Rear 19" 8.5J AMG Multispoke A2054011400 7XD

The original colour would probably have been Titanium Grey with diamond turned facing across the rim, spokes and hub.

The wheel in the photo looks like it’s been refinished.

If you wish to refurb them in a genuine Mercedes colour, many AMG wheels with grey painted surfaces are Himalaya Grey. Hope this helps.
