Wheel refurb recommendation ?

I now have a set of used 19" multipiece styling IV with the grey inner bits (I think these are called titan), that I need to have made perfect

Any recomendations for a superb refurber who can cope with the multi-piece aspect to these (I presume they need to be deconstructed and all bolts correctly tightened etc ?)

Yes, its those - they are not in bad nick, one slight kerb damage, others are laquer peel.
