One of the wheels on my 98 S210 300DT is badly cracked. In the first instance I could do with buying a reasonable S/H replacement. It's a 16 X 7.5 41ET Merak style. A2104010402.
Car looks daft with the steel spare on there!
It deserves another set of wheels at some point, or these ones reconditioned (once I get a replacement). Question though, if I were to go to 17" wheels, with the corresponding lower profile tyres, would I lose much of the ride quality? The Avantgarde suspension is firm enough for my tastes, and it's not a racing car, but if I end up buying another set of wheels anyhow, 17" would be worth considering if there wasn't too much of a downside. I know the tyres would be dearer.
