Had the wheels on my C180 repainted and must say I'm well pleased, £180 well spent. Ken at Thewheeldeals came in his van/mobile spray shop to my works depot and carried out the work whilst I was out in my truck doing a couple of local deliveries. It took him about 5 to 6 hours to complete the job, he gave me some newer centre caps for my wheels but I need to order some new ones to compliment his great work.

Pretty good for 5 / 6 hours work and a reasonable price. MB laurel style centre caps x 4 around 60-65 pounds.

Speed and convenience are a big factor when you need your vehicle, so mobile service at a workplace is excellent.

However I tend to find the painted finishes not too durable, a combination of brake dust and wheel cleaner soon degrades the coating. I had mine powder coated tyres off and 100% stripped and recoated for £160. Took 4 days, but not my daily driver.

That's a very good price! :thumb:

Where did you do it? Was that just the wheels delivered to them, or did you drop your car there and they did the rest?

Also what size were the wheels?

Thanks Paddcomp
I would have liked to go down the powder coat route but mines my daily drive so a bit inconvenient.
