Wheels - will they fit?

My newish to me 2006 CLK 350 Sport has almost certainly the original AMG 18” alloys which I believe are staggered. I’ve just had one lightly refurbished and although they’re all now in good condition I’m thinking of changing them.
The multi spoke MB wheels are no longer available and because I’m confused about fitment, I need help! I’ve seen some wheels on a popular auction site and wonder if they will fit?


Hopefully the images are large enough to see and give advice on.
Alternatively, would 17” alloys give a slightly softer ride, or would I be better staying with 18” ones?

Any help / advice would be appreciated!

A "Sticky" is a thread that has been placed (stuck, denoted by a pin icon to the left of the thread title) at the head of the section and will not slowly disappear, remaining visible until Admin "un-stick" it.
