Air vents that is! :D

Driving home yesterday in the lovely sunshine, aircon pumping out ice cold air. I was having difficulties in deciding where to point the ventilation flaps.

As the sun was shining directly into the windscreen I tried angling them toward me. Great, lovely and cool but my left hand was turning into an icicle! Shift hand position and my right hand froze

Just wondered what others did and is there a general position for efficient draft free ventilation?

I normally point it at the torso, as it cools you from the core then.....?! :-S

All vents must be horizontal, sat squarely and central to the dash; anything else is wicked. No vent must be different to this set up

Didn't this come up in an OCD thread awhile back ;)

LOL :D

Don't ever let Mrs WN anywhere near your vents, she'll have 'em every-which-way before you can draw breath :D

Yeh, what is it with women, it's almost as thought it is compulsory to mess with the vent angles and then turn it off altogether

It must have made a change for her for your car to start every time you turned the key too ;)

Mine are left streight on and my aircon set to auto and 22 degrees all year round. Works for me :)
