Where to buy aux audio cable for W163 Navi stereo unit

I am looking to buy an Aux in cable for the Navi headunit for the W163. I can't find anything within the UK, on Ebay, Amazon or Google shopping. Anyone knows any shop that sells these?

Have you tried Commandonline? They will be able to tell you if there is anything available for a head unit of that vintage.
