Which brakes to go for s212 e63

I'd get them refurbed rather than just painted.
No point being nice and shiny if the seals are old and perishing.

I always fully check over seals when replacing brakes and replace myself if needed. Garage I worked in specialised in refurbing calipers amongst other things I don’t think I ever refurbed calipers on merc brembos so hoping they will be fine.

If it were mine & only driving on UK roads.....I would keep it standard unless I often suffered brake fade on decent condition factory, (or OEM near equivalent) , discs/pads/lines/hoses & fluid (assuming on decent tyres).

I see no point in causing vehicle brakes to be modified unless extra stopping power genuinely needed.

I should add that I have prior driven, (not merc's), fast enough to experience brake fade. I have prior fitted aftermarket pads but otherwise never had a car with upgraded brakes &/or BBK.

I wont serve up BS....I am not in a position to advise on the brakes suggested for consideration.
