Which MB does it for you?

With there being a few discussions in particular about the latest S class I thought it might be interesting to see which MB people think to be the best looking design.

I thought I'd keep it to newish models rather than bringing in classics though with most of the models in the pole having had facelifts please identify the particular one you like and why.

My personal preference is ... difficult to decide.

Overall I will go for the C class estate as is well proportioned, looks good and chunky and it got me into Mercedes. Of the C class estates I'd go for the C55. Styling wise there's little to choose but the quad pipes are the deciding factor.

If it weren't for the C Class (which after all in one sense is a mundane choice) I'd go for the CLS 'cause it is a real WOW type car (and reminds me of Alfetta GTV's at the back - sorry about that folkes).

although I prefer a CLS without the AMG kit .. wonder if you can order a CLS55 without the AMG bodykit ?

I don't think they are selling that well. Nearly all dealers have them for sale used. But discounts don't seem to be that high.

Terrible to think that the E was rejected in favour of a lorry. Perhaps we should have another pole for which design should be rejected in favour of the Commercial Vehicle. Even though noone has voted for the lorry!
