So, since I've had the car (2 years) I've noticed that everytime I turn the engine off and take the keys out, about 1 min later there is a faint whirring noise coming from inside the dash and last for about 5 seconds. It sounds like something is 'winding down' but I have no idea.

I'm not worried about it, but just curious as to what it might be? :dk:

    Any ideas? :dk:

You think? What 'bit' would make the noise?...the disc is in the boot, so i can't think it would be that... on the other hand, the noise does come from that area.

It's a possibility. They have cooling fans in the back of the unit too IIRC.
