I googled Florim Avdija, and found this interesting link. Seems the guy had been with AMG for almost 3 years when he built my engine. He's single and drives a Ford Escort (possibly why he's single?). He's 24, and hankers after a CL65AMG

AMGmechanics

There are 20 AMG mechanic profiles up there...worth a look to see if your engine creator is there too!

Without sounding flippant, presumably the clue is in the name you put on your post...... AMG?

Without sounding flippant, AMG is not a person and the OP was asking what person...

A bunch of hairy-a*sed blokes standing round talking about engineering isn't exactly my idea of a great party !

What is his name?
N. Bondarj.

Last letter could be a Z though...

Can't find a thing on Nikolaj

i personally agree with the hamster from top gear, this one man one engine seems a bit of a con, how fast must they be able to screw the things together?

what is the production figures of amg engines across the whole range? fritz and hanz et al must be making hundreds of engines a day each.

Shude, that's never the way to sort it out. Delete the OT posts and let the thread get back on track - that way the original purpose of the thread can be restored

Let's try that shall we?

EDIT: done, 50% of this thread was rubbish, will clear these remaining posts out in a bit :)

Sadly if my '55 engine was hand-built the info was never recorded on the engine block so it will remain a mystery.
