Who has the highest odometer reading

Guys..

with the reputation of mercedes cars lasting past our lifetime, it is sometimes a touching moment of cars which have seriously high mileage or are still used as everyday cars..

whats the highest mileage car you own..

For me (in the UK atleast), is my slk, with 120,000 on the clock.. still going strong... and reliable, not one break down.. well apart from the radio, but that has been fixed now lol..

I want to hear of stories of in excess of 250k or 300k +

When I read the title of this thread I thought you meant highest speed marked on their speedometer!!

I have no claims on having highest miles. Something attractive about a mega mile motor though.

My W124 300TE-24 , sadly written off in my driveway , had covered 430,000 miles minimun , going by the printed service history I got from MB Glasgow ( although it had had a new clock and was 'only' showing 180 odd thousand ) . One previous owner prior to myself and FMBSH by the supplying dealer throughout that vast mileage .

249,835 on my 1990 300TE-24 but as the odometer hasn't worked for over a year now I would guess it should show over 260K. Haven't got round to pulling the dash out and applying loc-tite yet as I don't think the mileage makes a difference now.
