I'm "seeing" both Ulo and R+S offered outside the Stealership network.

There's a "WZA" mark on the Mirror itself,BUT no Mercedes Tristar on the
mount or the Mirror.

No,I don't know...That's why I asked.

No markings on my Mount.
(The "Pot Metally" looking fixture that is affixed to the underside of the roof
with Three "Sheet Metal Screws",that the RVM's Two Spring Loaded Pins are
Friction fit into.)

I "See" mounts (Online) with "Ulo" on them [Underside,Facing Cabin] AND the Tristar.

The Broken Mirror has numerals either side of the Stalk/Arm.
(on the Backside of the Mirror, facing the Windshield)

Reads:[From Passenger side to Driver's side]

I E1 0010050 WZA [Stalk/Arm] I e1 01 * 10050

The passenger side "E1" is inside a Circle.
The Driver's side "e1" is inside a Square.
The "WZA" is inside an Oblong Circle.

Usually Mercedes has Two(2) Suppliers/Manufacturers for "Outsourced" equipment.
(In case something happens to one of them or the Q.C.)
[In any given case (Usually) if Bosch is one, they are Primary]
