I watched that clip a few weeks back and i couldnt believe the sheer amount of water that erupts from that thing. It seems to errupt when the lightening strikes also which is worrying.
Also nice to see the police are very helpful, they dissappear, they are nowhere to be seen the second time it bursts. What is causing that to happen?
