Just found this great rock band Rage from UK.
I listened to 2 great albums on Spotify.
Nice 'n' dirty and Run for the night.

What other great bands came from UK besides Climax Blues Band, Rainbow, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Def Leppard, Samson.
Some of the bands may not be of the NWBHM era but they were also great.
I know some more bands but my mind is temporary blocked.

Ladykiller from 1983 is a great and catchy tune.

If I knew what it meant, I'd know whether or not I was "into" it.

I think there's a typo in the title; it should probably be NWOBHM - which I'm sure leaves everyone much wiser! Just to help, New wave of British heavy metal - Wikipedia

I guess i forgot something in between?

Looking for rock bands that didn't get much attention world wide but had great music

Means New wave of British heavy metal.
Perhaps you are much younger than those bands from the 80s?
I'm 72 and like AC/DC, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, and others. Admittedly not necessarily British but that doesnt bother me.

Dave Edmunds Slippin' away is really great, however this is not metal.

Gizz Butt, formerly with The Prodigy, lives two doors away and is an amazing guitarist. Not strictly heavy metal I know, but very British. (He’s a lovely fella too)

Here’s Gizz with his current band strumming a gentle number (the car isn’t his - he drives a VW van!)

Yes, Blind Faith, King Crimson, Deep Purple and later years Fairport Convention. In my early years just after leaving school, I was quite heavily into reggae, but one night on call out I heard Whole Lotta Love and as they say the rest is history:D

Reggae? Whole lotta love???
This is the best version.
(even beats the original)

imho of course.

p.s. play loud.
