Why do I have this icon

I dont believe my car has distronic but I see this icon (two cars and !) pop up for 3 seconds every time I start my car, why?

I think on your style of car, if you have Distronic, the badge has 3 solid black segments round it rather than being hollow.

You should also have a small stalk under the larger left indicator to enable/disable and adjust the distance.

My W204 has something similar, the collision warning light (not on the LCD though) comes-up during the instrument cluster lights test at start-up.

My car has no Distronic or any form of collision detection/avoidance etc.
