Not far from Jay - got to be worth a look; though he may well know this vehicle already

Has to be worth a look.

Different colour
Leather Re-trim
Different wheels
Private

Could look very nice, given the work going into these widebody conversions has to be worth a look.

It could be a basket case, but at £1450

Know about it............

bet he's on the way with some lose change he just found down the sofa :)

Ha ha !

With 5 Widebodies already, i'd need this one like a hole in the head !

This car is odd though....not AMG Widebody, maybe Lorinser or some other custom job.

I think Jay has seen it, apparently front wings are steel !

cheers

The wheels are definately lorinser but by looking at the front bumper i would be inclined to say it has a lorinser kit.

Still has to be a good buy for someone rather than finding the kit and having it fitted?

Ive seen the car a few months back when it appeared on ebay.

Kit is Lorinser and is not very wide at all.. barely noticeable in the flesh compared to an AMG.

The car is badly rotten in many areas and would need a full restoration.. Interior was good but showing its age.

In my opinion, it needs 5-6K spending on it... then you will have a car that is worth 5-6K!

Fair enough I guess...

Probably see it back on ebay again after a quick blow over, 560 badges, a flip out DVD, and two huge exhausts and an AMG badge for 10K

I thought the rules of classic car restoration were that if you spent £6k, then afterwards it would be worth £4k ;)
