Hi,
I have a set of Borbet type C wheels for sale. They have been on my 190 Sport Evo for the last 10 years. They are custom wheels made in Germany. The rears are 17"x10J (yes 10J) and fronts 17"x8.5J. The have 2/3rd worn Falken Group A tyres. Rear 255 front 215. These wheels will not fit a stock 190 - period. Only the Evo cars. I imagine they would fit one of the larger cars perhaps the E class or a more modern Benz. I went back to the Factory wheels and tyres and these are just taking up garage space so make me an offer. They would benefit from a cosmetic restoration as there is some slight kerbing but this costs around £25 a wheel. To get a set of alloys like this today in this width etc would cost and arm and a leg but these I'll let go for any reasonable offer over £100 to a mbclub member. Otherwise they go on Ebay.
I also have a set of 4 1/2 worn Pirelli P6000 tyres in 225/16/55 which came off the R129 SL wheels I bought - wrong profile for the Evo so I bought a new set. £50 for the 4.
