Likely to physically fit under the car, might need some adapters for the pipe diameter. Will probably sound a bit "boomy" and there maybe loss in performance or economy due to not having the matched backpressure required by NA cars. Naturally you could cure this by fitting the supercharger

I would love to fit a supercharger, but I'm sure it would cost a fortune! I wonder if it would be possible to cut the pipes off after the rear boxes and have them welded onto my boxes?

Worst case you could have off-the-shelf aftermarket rear box/boxes with AMG pipes welded on, the tail pipes are available separately or could be salvaged from an AMG backbox (shame though).
As Shude says anything fits anything.. I had the CLK55 back box fitted to my 500 and then also removed the centre box.. it sounds lovely, as a V8 should do but not too obtrusive... I used my local privately owned Exhaust fitter (not the Humphries monkeys) and he did a really good job and not clamped but welded on very neatly..... If it was me I'd just get the two back boxes welded on.. Dont forget though you'll have to cut the bumper to fit the quads....
