Will an OBD scanner work on my 2001 R129?

We have a number of cars in the family and I am considering an Autel scanner

These scanners work on petrol cars from 2001 - so I understand

My R129 is a 2001 model - does anyone know if it has OBD that I can attach scanner to?

I understand that what I will be able to do with scanner is limited - but if it works with SL as well as our newer cars it will be a bonus

Check in the usual place under the dash, I think it was for call cars registered in Europe from 1st January 2001. It's the usual 16 pin connector normally hidden under a flap to protect the terminals.
