Will these alloys fit C Class?

It looks like the offset should be 30 something and these are 49, but will these be ok on a 2002 C Class?

I would say if the offset should be 30 then wheels with an offset of 49 will likely foul something. The offset is a measurement of how far off centre the hub of the wheel is from the centre line of the wheel. Too much negative offset and the wheel will stick out from the arches, too much positive offset and the wheel will sit too far inboard and probably foul suspension components etc.

You can use appropriate sized hubcentric wheel spacers to make them fit. If yours are say 39 and the new ones are 49, you can use a 10mm spacer to achieve the original spec offset.

^^^ Good suggestion, check for tyre clearance to wheel arch though.
