Will these Wheels / Tyres Fit?

Hi Folks.

Car in question -

2003 S211 E320 Cdi Avantgarde

Currently wearing regular tyres:
225 / 65 / R16

In the attic I have 4 winter tyres sized 205 / 98 / R 16 on some alloys left over from last winter when I had them on my wife (now gone) C220.

Is there any reason i can't put them onto my E class?

Looks like they would fit going by the ET's for both the S211 and W203 with 16" wheels.

The problem may be the bolt hole sizes. You have M14 bolts on your E class and M12 fit the C class. I think the holes in your winter wheels will be too small for your bolts, so although they would fit, the bolts wont.

Saves me a few bob - apparently it's going to be a rough winter - mind you, they say that every year!!
