I would have thought so, looks like it will replace the cubby hole under the radio.

I don't think so.

The CLK used a double DIN type setup to allow command 2.0 to be installed into it. as the W202 has the radio and if you look at the compartment below , its a little bigger than the radio slot and its contoured. Also to fix the cd box into the 202 , it needs two screws to go onto the lip at the top.


Thats my reasoning , might be right , might not . In wouldnt think they would fit. sorry dude

On the other hand , suppose its cheap enough to take the chance with .. If it doesnt fit just stick it back on to EBAY
