Win10 Thinkpad Tablet USB Audio Out to USB In On Mercedes E3550 Possible?

So I can of course use a USB and the music plays immediately trough car speakers. However I like to tweak equalizer settings so need my tablet to play audio to car. I can accomplish this vie Bluetooth, but for best quality cables are my go to. However, when using a USB to USB from tablet to car no joy. Does anyone know a way around this do I need a driver update, or to make a virtual USB folder. Or do I need a DAC in between the devices for this to work?

Or can I just use the mini jack out to USB on car?

Or maybe HD out to USB on car?

Appreciate any help sorry for all the above just my thoughts on what I thought could work maybe?!
