I'm after a window cleaner for the inside, something easy to use, I've tried autoglm but I don't like the white powder that's left over.

I use Meguiars glass cleaner, inside and outside, no residue, no streaks.

White residue sounds like Autoglym Glass Polish, which is a cream in a squeeze my bottle. You need Autoglym Fast Glass which is a liquid in a spray bottle.

I don’t use Autoglym products in the cars and haven’t for sone time, but I use Fadt Glass to do the inside windows in the house.

Like others i have used so many window cleners .But i was talking to my other half, who used to clean the local bank from top to bottom about windows .She said use this window cleaner,, and after tell me what you think .So i took the spray bottle i used it .Can only say it was the best window cleaner i have ever used .Now the cost of this cleaner told me not to expect a lot from it .. .Only £1-50 a bottle, and the name of it is - Astonish Take a look in your local pound shop .If you buy a bottle i am sure you will be pleased with it like i was . You can use it on the front screen inside and out .

Nilco is probably the best stuff ive tried

Having said that, its mostly all in the cloth - use a dedicated glass cloth and you can pretty much use any product without streaks, including good old APC

Never thought of a dedicated glass cloth I will have to try that

Yes, Nilco Nilglass is something I have used since the '80s. Not found anything better even if it was evaporating on contact with the old Jag Gp'C' car screen during a pit stop. The rad outlet was just in front of the screen. That gave me the idea that the engine air intake on the roof was not really a cold air intake at all....
Moved this roof scoop to NACA ducts on the side of the cars, engines got cooler air, more power and the cars went quicker!

Amazing what a little squirt can do....or is that somebody else's advert :dk:
Oh yes! forensically clean cloths or fresh paper towel is paramount.

Rory if you are not aware ,this is a post about cleaning car windows .If you have ever done this, do you spray it all over the front of your car ? , or just on to the cloth first then you clean the window glass with a nice clean microfibre cloth after . And i have used Astonish for years and my screen rubbers are fine .

Oops - did I touch a nerve? However to answer your question, take a look at posts #3 and #10. :D ;)

Haven't tried their Glass Cleaner yet but the Astonish products I have tried have been good. And all made in their factory in W. Yorkshire 👍

I use Metamark surface cleaner on my glass. It is mainly used when installing large format window graphics. It removes everything from glass and polycarbonate surfaces.
