Window not closing

Hi, I lent my car to my wife a couple of days ago a now when I lower the the roof the drivers side window doesn’t come back up. Also, when I raise the roof the drivers window is 2 inches away from the top. Any ideas anyone?

Welcome to the forum. I think they simply need resetting. There is a procedure which I am unsure of but other members on here should be able to help.
