window regulator

i was wondering if anybody can help me. i need a window regulator for my c class on the rear door drivers side and have just found this one on ebay but seller is unsure if it is for the front, back, manual or electric. so i was wondering if anybody can tell from the part number before i put a bid in.
PART NUMBER 202 720 15 46

I am 99% sure the front will not fit the back, because of different door dimensions and that PART NUMBER 202 720 15 46 may be for a front regulator
