Windows and roof not working after being parked for a while.

I have a 200k clk convertible 2001 if I leave the car parked for a few days the roof and windows do not work I have to disconnect the battery leave for a while then reconnect and then I can reset the windows and the radio etc the battery is new any ideas ?

Is the battery dead after a few days? or is It just the roof and windows that don't work?

Try changing roof ECU in boot. It’s behind the panel at the back next to the roof pump. Worked on my car.
