windscreen washer jets info

i am looking for information on the w203 2007 washer jets, i cannot access the jet nozzle, it is covered by a plate, all i can see is two squares vertical so you cannot insert a needle. can anyone help please. thanks

There's a special tool required for adjusting the spray pattern.
Your dealer parts dept should have them, or find a friendly indie who might adjust for a small consideration (or even FOC)

it is only working on the passenger side, the other one you just get a dribble. but cannot get a pin down to unblock.

Can't you get to the Pipe that Feeds the Blocked Nozzle and Blow Air through it?

Try blocking the working side and operate the washer to see if the extra pressure unblocks the other side.

Three torx screws under the bonnet i think release the whole thing.

Unfortunately they do tend to block and be difficult to unblock. Try removing and soaking an a descaling solution over night.
