Winter tires for W219 55 AMG

CLS 55 AMG (current); CLK 500 (sold)
Hi, does anyone know if can I fit winter tires on 19’ CLS OEM rims for CLS 55 AMG? Im worried about scrubbing because winter tires are a bit thicker (higher profile) than summer ones. Or should I go with OEM 18’ CLS AMG rims?
