Wireless charging

Has anyone encountered any problems with wireless charging? When I test drove my new C300, my Samsung s7 charged fine when placed on the charging mat. Now I’ve taken delivery of the car, it doesn’t seem to charge at all. Puzzled.

And you did tick that option for your new car?

Whats your reg nr ? I'll check if you have that option. I'm in the process of retrofitting it to my pre-facelift GLC (but need to see if the car can talk to the control unit as its pre-facelift)

Theres two variants, the higher one uses the vehicle's external antenna too - and that's one of my reasons for retrofitting it ..

Yes, it’s the same exact car and the factory build specs also shows that option is included in the car.

Yes, it has code 897 - so has wireless charging (but no use of external aerial)

It’s controlled by the audio system. It may get that it can be turned off/on in one of the the telephone menus (just guessing though)?
