Wiring Diagram W204 Accelerator Pedal

Hi all,

Would anyone happen to have any info on the wiring connector from the accelerator pedal on the W204 and where it connects to the ECU. I simply can't find any info online and need to test the readings.

I haven't got it, but pretty much all pedals have 6 wires. They use independent outputs for redundancy, so also have two independent 5V supplies and grounds.

The signals will always be different to each other. Sometimes they are opposing (is one low to high, other low to high. Sometimes one is half the other. I've seen some that have one analog and one pwm. They will be linear though.

Btw the fault I see you report it in the other thread, circuit low means he ECU is seeing a ground or close to ground potential in the signal pin, which should never happen.

Please some more motivation for us to find the diagrams, are you just curious or is there an issue with the car? Or did the previous response already cover your question?
 
Thanks for the reply. I am having an intermittent problem where the car esp and traction are inoperative and the accelerator pedal has a very delayed response. Scanner is showing pedal position sensor circuit D low voltage. I say it’s intermittent as if I turn the car off and restart it drives fine again.

Wanted to test the connector pins to the pedal to see what voltage they are getting.

Are these measurements with ignition on and the accelerator pedal sensor connector attached or detached?

The guided tests are first reading the pedal sensor values with the diagnosis tool, pedal not pressed and pedal pressed. If values are OK, then the following measurements (symmetric for the second sensor):

Again thanks for getting back to me. These are measured with multimeter with ignition on with the pedal off and testing the contacts on B37x1 from your diagram.
 
Just an update for anyone interested or comes across this problem themselves. It turned out to be the auxiliary battery in the boot. The car actually broke down dropping my son to school. Engine light on and a load of codes some relating to internal control modules. I had already tested the main battery and was fine, however when checking the aux battery it was showing 7.5v! so completely dead. What is interesting is the car never gave me a warning of this. Anyway new aux battery and the car has been faultless for the last 4 days whereas prior to this the problem of limited power and P2122 warning would happen multiple times a day. I can only assume that the dead aux battery was putting more pressure on the main one, leading to poor voltage delivery the control modules and sensors.
