How do I get a copy of wiring diagrams for my 2013 W204 C63?

For what exactly? Many wiring diagrams

where do Merc do them though as I hear they are controlled from the comand unit menu etc and can be on while driving.

lol when I had my Audi S5, I manged to get a disc that had their wiring on it and all other repair methods. When I had my Jag they where online. When I had my BMW they where on the net known as "TIS" and "WDS". Do Merc not have anything like this?

we have EPC and WIS (WIS being the system that has the diagrams)

Are you referring to illegal copies of each application or a genuine, free service from the manufacturer or a paid manufacturer on-line service?

Are these downloadable?

For Mercedes the lease expensive legal option for WIS is to subscribe to an MB Club that offers access to WIS and EPC. Free options exist probably for all manufacturers but we don't advertise those at the forum.
