I was thinking to do this too but I don’t fancy them black ash consoles (had one in my GLC). So looks like carbon fibre for me

Do we need anyone to code in the clock or will the command system just “see” it and allow you to adjust the time

The command system sets the clock automatically, no code required.

I got an auto electrician to do it. It’s an easier job than what has been mentioned in previous threads as there is no need to go into the SAM module, instead you go into the switch panel directly above the headlight switch.
