Wish list - Some advice please

Since buying my W203 MB Coupé I've had my eye on getting a few things but I'm struggling to identify the right ones and for my type of MB... So I need your help!

List is as follows -

Front grill -
Change to something like the new style ones? They have pitted holes?
Or alternatively a black one? - eBay link

Clear Headlamps -
I really am not a fan of the frosted lights, whats the best upgrade to clear lights to go for?

I'll leave it at that for now. Would be good to get your guys advice if poss
