Maybe see if i can find enough change down the back of the sofa for a lottery ticket on Saturday beofre raiding the neighbours bins for dinner ......

Can you hear it ?............. its the worlds smallest violin playing the worlds saddest tune ........ ;)

Quit moaning and start putting that big white ribbon on your car! The sooner you start pimping yourself out to weddings the sooner you get some nice easy brass :) .

My neighbours' kid is getting married next April and they jokingly asked if I could do the whole wedding car thing again. You know what? I might buy a cheap white W210, get the ribbons and flowers etc sorted out and charge them about £500 for the job. Do a few of those and the car is free :) . The added bonus is that you get to bump into bridesmaids :D

/holds up finger and thumb with zero microns between them/ that's the sympathy I have for you :p

If yer that skint Howard, I'll give you a tenner for them :D

Seriously, If you dont get to put them on before the end of September (holiday) , I'll come over and give you a hand as I have to do mine pretty soon and could do with some practice.

Looking at all the threads on different forums on the subject, it doesnt look too hard to do. All one needs is a trolly jack, some axel stands and a socket set. Spring compressors not required it seems.

Hopefully off to Wills next week !! :D

Sp!ke you have PM

Janner has looked at the listing and seems to think that all will be well, the shocks are valved for lowered cars and seems good.....

Hopefully all will go well !! :D

we went to a wedding but only for the evening do but checked in at the hotel anyway we arrived at 2pm just before the bride ....as we pulled up everyone came outside and gave us gave funny looks scratched heads and walked off then the bride turns up in you guessed it a 210 same as mine ...I got the wedding car comments all night

I've bought my replacement dampers from the same guy too. Not had chance to get them fitted yet.

Had mine fitted after I bought them, they are ok, very bumpy though....You feel every little bump in the road when driving slowly, much better at speed though. Less movement when braking/accelerating and corners well.

Does this seller do Bilsteins for W210?
