Got a nice call this morning from Vicki at Merc Hull. My car has arrived 2 weeks early. Would I call in the sign some paperwork. She said "I don't suppose you want to wait until the end of the month"
It looks better than I anticipated. Got to see it in the dark and the headlights look awesome.
Collect it on Tuesday.
Can't wait.

Actually...Mercedes call it 'AMG Line' not AMG.

Exactly the same principle as BMW and Audi, M-Sport is a trim level and M are the real ones, S-Line is a trim level and S are the real ones.

E350's only come in "AMG line" so no need to add the unnecessary AMG bit...

Its just name dropping, as I was saying to my friend David Beckham the other day.

Actually At the time the OP ordered, they called it AMG Sport on the eclass.

To OP, congrats on early arrival. Good choice on colours, the porcelain looks good with the black. I'm not regretting my choice to go for an 'AMG Sport' estate. Only negatives I've personally found is that the leather option is not that great quality, appears and feels artificial. In hindsight, I should have gone for the nappa or designo option instead.

The command system screen is small and overall it feels like I've gone back a generation in functionality from my previous 3 year old estate. The Volkswagen Audi group systems seem to be a lot more advanced than Mercedes.

Lastly, the 4 and 6 cylinder diesels are a bit gruff at low revs. Paradoxically, at higher revs and cruising speeds the reverse seems to be true and they are smoother than the competition there.
