So, my car is 3 years old in December and there is no way that the cowboys at Draytons in Stourbridge are getting another penny of my business - I've had another poor experience at the hands of their servicing department. I would go into why but frankly you'd be old and grey by the time you'd finished reading it!

Anyway, I'm looking for a good independent specialist near Kidderminster who can take care of my scheduled servicing and MOT needs. Can you guys recommend anyone?

I can't suggest an indi in Kiddi but it might be worth giving Mercedes-Benz of Wolverhampton a go. They're part of the Drayton Group and to have a fairly good reputation.

It is Draytons in Stourbridge that I have the issue with! I've had a niggle with every contact with the service department and ignored or played them down so far. But this last experience has really annoyed me to the point I've written to the Dealer Principle.

It's Marc / Mark ex MJH Cars (his partner let him down badly) and I believe he was at MB Birmingham for a while. Nice chap and always looks after me and my friends. Even lets me be present whilst he's working.

If you're still looking for a good Indi, try Stourbridge Automotive, Gainsborough Trading Estate, Stourbridge. Mercedes & BMW Specialists.
I haven't used them myself yet, but my brother took his BMW to them for a routine service (2nd one) and the cost was about half of the 1st one he had done at the BMW Stealers.
