Today is World Mental Health Day . This year in particular has been tough for many, the months of lockdown and loss have had a huge impact on our mental health. So today, do one thing for your positive mental wellbeing; go for a nice drive, wash the car, go for a walk, do something creative, message/call that friend you haven't heard from in a while. Do a random act of kindness for someone, smile at someone and you will get a smile back. These simple things can have a positive affect on our own mental wellbeing but also on others, you never know what someone maybe dealing with. Be kind to yourself and those around you.
