...just more things to go wrong?

A family member is looking at a high spec '56 E320 CDi Sport, 56k, full dealer history, Father and son the only owners. £10k. Added options are:

Heated & vented front seats
Heated rear seats
HK sound
Panoramic glass sunroof
Tyre pressure monitor
Telephone pre-wire & hands free
Electric front seats with memory
Nappa leather
COMAND
Airmatic suspension
Remote boot closure
Parktronic
Luxury climate control

If purchased now, which of the above are most likely to help sell the car in the future? I'm thinking leather, COMAND, parktronic only, maybe telephone pre-wire too? The others considered "nice to haves"?

The Panoramic sunroof is a potential cause for concern judging by other posts on this forum (I had one on a Renault and had no issues though).

TPMS can be a bit of a pain when the time comes to change the sensors (which, for a 2006 car, would be about now), but personally I think it's a good feature to have.

Airmatic is also an exepensive-to-fix system, but again worth having - so check it is not currently faulty (car at odd angle etc).

I don't think you'll have much problem with the rest, other than possibly the heated seats which can sometimes go wrong.

As for resale value, automaic and leather are expected, COMAND and Pano roof will make it look more attractive, not sure anything else would matter much.
