Would these fit a w203 coupe?

Bit too expensive for me but looks like a good buy for someone, heated and electric adjustable seats in a c class coupe are quite rare I believe particularly in cream! I know there from a CLC but would these fit a c class coupe?

I would say they would fit, but strong money as they don't look pristine.
